Your experience in growth marketing has equipped you with the ability to balance the needs of a growing marketing team while ensuring that operational hygiene is maintained. You are comfortable working with tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics, and you understand the importance of tracking and attribution in driving business success. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to partner with revenue operations teams to enhance pipeline growth.

You have a proven track record of contributing to pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies and initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that drive results. You are detail-oriented and understand the significance of maintaining high standards in operational processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role, as you work closely with both marketing and sales operations.

Desirable

Experience in eCommerce or working with Shopify brands is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems will enhance your ability to contribute to the team’s success. What you'll do

As the Growth Marketing & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in propelling Tapcart into its next phase of growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and enhance customer experiences. Your strategic thinking will guide the marketing team in executing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and contribute to overall business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the revenue operations team to ensure that tracking, attribution, and Salesforce hygiene are maintained at a high level. This partnership is essential for scaling the marketing efforts effectively and ensuring that the team has the necessary insights to make data-driven decisions. You will also be tasked with maintaining operational efficiency within the marketing team, ensuring that processes are streamlined and effective.

Your role will involve analyzing marketing performance metrics and providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. You will work on reporting and operational hygiene, ensuring that the marketing team is equipped with the right tools and data to succeed. You will also be involved in brainstorming and executing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention, ultimately contributing to the growth of Tapcart’s business.
