You are proficient in C++ or a similar programming language and have experience building production-level code with a large user base, ensuring robust design structure and rigorous code quality. You have a passion for running teams, mentorship, and coaching, and you thrive in environments where you can help others grow.

You have experience managing small engineering teams, ensuring their success, aiding their career growth, and facilitating their technical work. You understand the importance of team culture and set an example for your team, focusing on their overall happiness and productivity. You are comfortable providing feedback on system architecture and the design of new features, ensuring that your team is aligned with the product roadmap.

Desirable

What you'll do
