What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the execution of compliance controls in alignment with Coinbase's BSA/AML program. You will work closely with the Global Compliance Operations Team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, conducting audits, and providing guidance to team members on compliance-related issues. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance compliance processes.
