You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building scalable systems that meet the demands of enterprise-level applications. You possess deep expertise in Java, having used it extensively to develop high-performance applications. Your experience includes working with machine learning frameworks and understanding the intricacies of conversational AI systems, which allows you to contribute effectively to innovative projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing Moveworks' Generative AI product, focusing on the conversation engine that supports hundreds of millions of users across various chat channels. You will work at the core of the product, ensuring that it meets the growing demands of enterprise solutions while maintaining high engineering quality.

You will collaborate closely with machine learning experts to enhance the product's capabilities, iterating rapidly on new ideas and leveraging user data to drive improvements. Your work will involve constructing a robust product infrastructure that includes user-friendly interfaces, enabling engineers to customize and optimize generative AI models effectively.

You will also be tasked with collecting data and feedback to inform product enhancements, ensuring that the conversation engine remains responsive to user needs and industry trends.
