GoDaddy is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to build and support next-generation cloud infrastructure. You'll work with technologies like Ansible, Puppet, and Python to maintain large-scale private cloud systems. This role is fully remote based in Romania.
You have a strong background in site reliability engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining cloud infrastructure. You believe in end-to-end automation using GitOps and have a solid understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including computer networks and virtualization. You enjoy collaborating with talented engineering teams to create robust and cost-effective private cloud infrastructures. Your experience includes participating in SRE/DevOps activities, releases, and on-call support to ensure a delightful experience for customers. You are proficient in automation tools and have a passion for contributing to open-source projects.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and a background in troubleshooting code or infrastructure issues would be beneficial. Familiarity with cloud platforms and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also desirable traits.
