With 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Your advanced degree is a plus, showcasing your commitment to the field. You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to drive recommendations for ML investments effectively.
Your experience includes building systems, processes, and governance, which is essential for this role. You have a solid understanding of the ML infrastructure and current landscape, allowing you to align financial strategies with strategic priorities. You excel at presenting complicated analyses, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner, making you an effective communicator with cross-functional stakeholders.
You are adept at independently generating and driving initiatives to improve efficiency, demonstrating your proactive approach to challenges. Your business judgment and analytical skills are key to making sound financial decisions that impact the organization positively. As a Finance Manager at Google, you will lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking, and control processes within the AI/ML Finance team. Your role will involve providing senior-level management with insightful recommendations, planning, and reporting support. You will collaborate closely with the Cloud Finance BI team to support the broader Cloud Finance organization and senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing processes, tools, and governance to drive ML analytics consistently across TI Finance. You will cultivate strong relationships and collaboration across numerous touchpoints with Alphabet leadership, TI Finance leadership, and cross-functional finance, systems, and engineering teams. Your ability to influence decisions and partner with stakeholders will be crucial in this role.
You will ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions by modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics. Your work will be instrumental in guiding senior management decision-making, as you will communicate findings and provide recommendations based on your analyses.
