HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to work directly with small and medium-sized businesses in the DACH region. You'll utilize inbound sales strategies to drive customer growth and engagement with HubSpot's CRM platform. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in a target-driven sales position.
You have 3-5 years of experience in a target-driven sales position, ideally within a complex sales environment. Your strong communication skills in both German and English allow you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. You understand the nuances of digital transformation and change management, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients. You thrive in a role where you can develop and manage business plans, and you are adept at identifying and qualifying leads through inbound strategies.
Experience in managing a monthly sales quota and successfully closing new business deals is a plus. Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable conducting product demonstrations, both online and in-person, and you enjoy collaborating with marketing and IT teams to enhance sales strategies.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will work closely with small and medium-sized enterprises to support their growth through effective use of our CRM platform. You will develop and manage an annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan for your region, focusing on acquiring new leads through inbound and self-generated strategies. Your role will involve conducting qualification conversations with senior executives and department heads, guiding them through the sales process from initial interest to closing deals.
You will also collaborate with marketing and IT teams to refine HubSpot's sales strategy, ensuring alignment with new features and products. Conducting online or on-site product demonstrations will be a key part of your responsibilities, showcasing how HubSpot can meet the unique needs of each client. Your ability to manage relationships with internal champions and various stakeholders will be crucial in driving sales success.
