What you'll do

As the Director of Ecosystem Growth at Ripple, you will lead a team focused on expanding the adoption of XRP Ledger. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that engage builders, startups, and institutional partners. You will oversee initiatives aimed at increasing the real-world usage of tokenized assets, including stablecoin payments and trade finance. Your role will involve sourcing and supporting high-quality startups, enhancing Ripple's credibility in the FinTech and TradFi sectors. You will activate a network of accelerators and VCs, playing a crucial role in scaling the financial ecosystem around XRP Ledger. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs, ensuring that your strategies are both operationally sound and strategically impactful. Your leadership will be instrumental in catalyzing regional momentum and expanding XRPL's footprint among founders.
