You have 5+ years of experience in data science, particularly in designing and implementing statistical and machine learning models. Your background includes working with various data sources, from internal conversion data to external ad platform data, which allows you to maximize performance in search channels. You are a curious and fast learner, capable of prioritizing problem statements and tailoring solutions accordingly. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into data-driven strategies.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable suggesting multiple solutions based on your experience. Your ability to prioritize tasks based on effort and likely impact is crucial for success in this role. You have a solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms, which you leverage to enhance incrementality measurement solutions. You are also adept at communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

Desirable

What you'll do
