Xometry is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to analyze operational metrics and drive process improvements. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities.
You have a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, with a proven track record in operational excellence. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you excel at analyzing operational and customer service data to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps. You are skilled in data analysis and can generate actionable insights that drive improvements across workflows. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer & Partner Support and Partner Network Management is key to your success. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can develop clear, evidence-based recommendations for executive leadership. You are comfortable presenting your findings and aligning improvement initiatives with company goals and customer expectations.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma would be advantageous. You are also adept at using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
In this role, you will conduct in-depth analysis of operational metrics and KPIs to uncover trends and root causes of issues. You will identify high-impact areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
