Who you are

You have a strong background in network engineering with a focus on designing and optimizing global network infrastructures. Your experience includes working with Cisco Meraki for wireless, routing, and switching, ensuring high availability and performance across multiple office locations. You are familiar with administering cloud-based network security solutions, particularly Netskope Cloud Firewall and Secure Web Gateway (SWG). Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to collaborate closely with IT teams to enhance network performance and security.

Desirable

Experience with traditional UTM appliances and a solid understanding of cloud-based security practices will set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the design and deployment of Tide's global network infrastructure. You will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing both wired and wireless networks, ensuring they meet the performance needs of our diverse office locations. Your responsibilities will include administering the Netskope Cloud Firewall and managing traditional UTM appliances, ensuring that our network security measures are robust and effective. You will collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, implementing solutions that enhance overall network reliability.

You will also be responsible for monitoring network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that drive efficiency. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends, allowing you to recommend and implement best practices within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that network infrastructure supports business objectives and enhances user experience.
