Job Description

Key job responsibilities
This Senior Technical Program Manager role is crucial to delivering strategic data and system integration initiatives that impact Amazon's global real estate portfolio. You'll lead key programs including data migrations, integration improvements, and automated control implementations serving hundreds of users across Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Tech teams. Working across multiple platforms including Contract Central, Tango, and TRIRIGA, you'll implement and maintain solutions that ensure data accuracy and compliance. This position requires strong technical skills in data architecture, system integration, and automation, combined with excellent program management and stakeholder coordination abilities. You'll collaborate with senior leaders across multiple organizations to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions that scale globally.
Technical expertise in data architecture and system integration is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex technical programs, implementing automated controls, and establishing data governance frameworks. You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional programs, implementing validation frameworks, and creating scalable technical solutions. The role requires someone who can assess complex technical challenges, propose practical solutions, and work collaboratively across global teams to implement improvements. You should be capable of understanding both technical constraints and business requirements while ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting standards.

About the team
LeaseTech manages Amazon's real estate technology infrastructure supporting annual obligations across AWS, Retail, Operations, GREF, and other business units. We provide standardized tools, training, and processes to ensure accurate lease accounting, payments, and reporting across 75 countries. Our team focuses on data quality, system integration, and automation to create a seamless and efficient lease management ecosystem serving thousands of users worldwide. We're committed to continuous improvement and innovation in how we handle real estate data management on a global scale.- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
