What you'll do

In this role, you will join an account team and advise customers on their most complex business challenges — your primary responsibility will be to leverage your GIS expertise to provide innovative solutions that meet their needs. You will build strong relationships with clients, presenting and demonstrating Esri software and solutions effectively. Your role will involve supporting your team in planning and executing sales strategies, ensuring that you align Esri technology with customer business goals.

You will become a subject matter expert in local government while also deepening your technical expertise in ArcGIS — this dual focus will enable you to speak confidently with customers about Esri technologies and thoroughly communicate the Esri message. You will proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS can bring business value to your customers, addressing the critical challenges they face.
