Netflix is seeking a Senior Marketing Production Manager to lead creative innovation and execution of entertainment campaigns for the Benelux markets. This role requires extensive project management experience and a strong understanding of marketing campaigns.
You have over 8 years of marketing production experience, ideally with a background that encompasses various aspects of production. Your hands-on knowledge and exceptional project management skills enable you to thrive in environments that require operational agility. You possess an expert understanding of marketing campaigns, including the creative and production processes, and you can navigate complex tools and workflows while maintaining operational best practices. Your experience in the Netherlands and/or Belgium is a significant asset, as it allows you to understand the local market nuances and cultural contexts that are vital for successful campaign execution.
You are a collaborative individual who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to drive excellent execution for multiple title campaigns and brand initiatives. Your ability to bridge creative and technical needs makes you a valuable asset in any project. You recognize the importance of diversity and inclusion in building stronger teams, and you approach these principles thoughtfully in your work.
While not mandatory, experience with digital marketing tools and platforms would be beneficial. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes and analytics can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
