What you'll do

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in connecting Guidepoint’s clients with the experts they need to make informed business decisions. You will work closely with Project Managers to develop strategies that satisfy each client’s project requests. Utilizing various resources such as LinkedIn, press releases, and case studies, you will identify and recruit new experts into our extensive network of over 1,750,000 Guidepoint Advisors. Your ability to understand each client’s unique business questions will be crucial in determining which experts are best suited to provide the necessary insights. You will also engage in hands-on leadership opportunities that will help you develop your career and provide pathways for upward mobility within Guidepoint.
