Job Description

At Amazon we continually look for opportunities to invent on behalf of our customers, helping them to find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online. To this end, we have developed products that leverage Amazon’s strength as a world-class eCommerce website and have integrated ads into the shopping experience from first discovery to purchase. Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of ecommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital ads solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We help advertisers reach Amazon customers on Amazon owned and operated sites and on other high-quality sites across the web. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including ads.
If you’re interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique and world-class scaled marketing program with a persistent focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place.

Our key goal is to drive adoption and growth across a range of self-service, cost-per-click advertising products. This will enable small and medium-sized business (SMB) advertisers to engage with customers in meaningful ways.

We are seeking a creative and result oriented Senior Business Marketing leader - Portugese speaking to steer SMB Marketing for our Brazil business.

They will approach this role with a customer-first mindset, seeking to understand pain points, gaps, and identify opportunities. They will proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, demonstrating sound judgment in escalating issues when appropriate. To be successful, they'll need to be an excellent communicator who can earn the trust of key stakeholders across multiple teams. The candidate should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, working autonomously, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to prioritize effectively will be crucial, as they will contribute to ambitious growth plans. If you are organized, analytical, and eager to own and drive the end-to-end regional strategy for SMB advertisers in Brazil, this is an excellent opportunity.

• Analyse the impact and results of initiatives impacting the program, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders
