Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a directly related field, and you bring a strong background in account management. You excel at building and nurturing relationships with clients, particularly with senior executives and decision-makers. Your experience includes driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. You are data-driven, leveraging insights to optimize client performance and uncover growth opportunities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align on client goals and maximize account potential. You are proactive in managing relationships and minimizing churn, advocating for clients internally to ensure their needs are met.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools beyond Salesforce. You may also have experience supporting junior team members in their account management efforts, contributing to a culture of growth and success within your team.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at AppsFlyer, you will manage and expand relationships with existing clients, driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor, working closely with key stakeholders across diverse industries and international markets. Your role will involve owning commercial relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will ensure customer success by proactively managing relationships and delivering value, while also minimizing churn. You will build and nurture strategic relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize client performance and develop actionable recommendations. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership to align on client goals and maximize account potential. You will manage your pipeline and revenue forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of renewals and expansion opportunities. Additionally, you will advocate for clients internally, working closely with product teams to align features with customer needs.
