Okta is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive territory growth and establish relationships with C-Suite decision makers. You'll focus on providing secure identity solutions and cultivating existing customer relationships. This role requires a strong background in sales and security.
You are a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector. With at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, you have a passion for security and a deep understanding of identity management solutions. You thrive in environments where you can engage with C-Suite decision makers, helping them navigate the complexities of identity security. You are not just a salesperson; you are a trusted advisor who understands the unique challenges faced by your clients and can articulate how Okta's solutions can address those challenges. You are comfortable with both net new logo acquisition and nurturing existing relationships, ensuring that your clients receive ongoing value from their partnership with Okta.
Experience in the identity management or cybersecurity space is a plus, as is familiarity with Okta's products and services. You are a lifelong learner, eager to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. You are results-oriented, consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to generating a robust pipeline of net new logos. You will consistently deliver on revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and executing account strategies that align with Okta's goals. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Okta's value proposition and demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their security posture. You will also cultivate relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are aware of new features and services that can benefit their organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, will be essential to ensure that you have the resources and support needed to succeed.
