What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager on the Launch team, you will be responsible for shaping the user journey for Honeycomb's products. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to create intuitive onboarding experiences that help users quickly understand and adopt Honeycomb's observability tools. You will analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the onboarding process, ensuring that new users feel confident and empowered from day one. You will lead product initiatives, define success metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research, facilitating workshops, and prioritizing features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
