What you'll do

As an Equipment Technician, you will work independently to provide both reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout your assigned territory, which includes Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas. Your primary responsibility will be to repair commercial espresso machines, coffee brewing systems, coffee grinders, and water systems. You will own relationships with your customers, inspiring loyalty by delivering professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules. Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements is crucial, which involves conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.
