AI Deployment Engineer, gTech

Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience coding with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python. Your background includes application or system development, and you have experience managing executive stakeholders and project management. You are proactive and possess excellent problem-solving skills, along with a strong sense of ownership. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

You may also have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, which would be a plus. Your experience extends to databases, data analysis, and scripting using SQL/MySQL, and you have a solid understanding of deploying AI agents and working with Google Cloud Platform and Conversational Agents like Dialogflow CX.

What you'll do

As an AI Deployment Engineer at Google, you will be responsible for deploying AI support experiences and optimizing live agentic solutions. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of gTech's internal tools and advocate for bug fixes and enhancements, collaborating closely with the product engineering team to test new features. Your role will involve leveraging Google Cloud Platform CES and Dialogflow tools to enhance user experiences across Google's diverse product ecosystem. You will also engage with partners and consumers to ensure that their needs are represented and addressed effectively.

In this position, you will work on optimizing maintenance and delivery of agentic experiences, ensuring that the solutions you deploy are efficient and user-friendly. You will be tasked with managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring you to balance technical responsibilities with stakeholder management. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that elevate user engagement with Google's products.
