Handshake is seeking a Nuclear Power Reactor Operator - AI Trainer to evaluate AI models related to nuclear power operations. This contract position is remote and requires at least 4 years of professional experience in the field.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Nuclear Power Reactor Operator, where you've operated reactors in accordance with strict policies and procedures to ensure safety and environmental protection. Your expertise allows you to adjust controls effectively to manage reactor operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met. You are comfortable working independently and can provide structured feedback to enhance AI models based on your professional insights. You are adaptable and open to learning new skills, particularly in the context of AI applications in your field.
Experience in evaluating and providing feedback on AI models is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in nuclear operations would be beneficial, as would any previous experience in training or mentoring roles.
In this role, you will contribute to an AI research project by leveraging your professional experience to evaluate AI models that relate to nuclear power operations. You will assess the content generated by these models and provide clear, structured feedback to improve their understanding of workplace tasks and language.
