Vida Health is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer to architect automation frameworks and mentor QA engineers. You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires strong expertise in automation tools and processes.
You have a strong background in quality assurance and automation, with at least 5 years of experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks. Your expertise in tools like Selenium allows you to create robust testing environments that ensure software reliability. You are skilled in defining quality processes and have a proven track record of enabling consistent release practices across teams.
As a technical leader, you excel at mentoring and guiding QA engineers, helping them grow their skills and improve their testing strategies. You understand the importance of collaboration and have experience working closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality software at scale. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that quality is prioritized throughout the development lifecycle.
