Yotpo is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead the strategy and execution of account-based marketing campaigns. You'll leverage your relationship-building skills to connect with top eCommerce brands. This role requires a blend of ABM strategy and partnership operations experience.
You have a proven track record in account-based marketing (ABM) and partnership operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships and know how to navigate complex organizational structures to open doors and create opportunities. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution sets you apart. You are not just a marketer or salesperson; you are a connector who thrives on making things happen. You understand the importance of meeting quotas and bring the energy and curiosity necessary to exceed them. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
Experience in the eCommerce sector is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered solutions. You have a knack for creative outreach and can think outside the box to engage potential clients. Your background in managing campaigns that utilize various channels, including direct mail, email, and events, will be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns, utilizing a mix of paid media, direct mail, email, gifting, and events to engage target accounts. You will build and maintain target account lists, manage CRM stages, and ensure clean segmentation for effective outreach. Your responsibilities will include creating thoughtful and timely outreach strategies for events and key moments, as well as developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in top brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring that all campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively. Your role will also involve analyzing campaign performance and iterating on strategies to improve results continuously.
Yotpo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000, along with a hybrid work model that allows for flexibility. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and creativity, working together to drive growth and success for our clients.
