You are a strategic thinker who can drive site health and customer experience excellence through performance improvements and innovative solutions.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and operational readiness will enhance your ability to lead engineering delivery effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end web engineering delivery for Microsoft’s consumer marketing web ecosystem. You will set clear milestones and quality gates to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet high standards. Your responsibilities will include defining the technical direction for web experiences, including frameworks, APIs, and integration patterns. You will lead compliance execution and governance efforts, partnering with various teams to ensure continuous readiness for audits and policy changes.

You will drive improvements in site health and customer experience by implementing performance enhancements and ensuring that all web platforms are secure, accessible, and scalable. Your role will involve managing a multi-million annual budget and leading a team of over 60 developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
