Pricing Program Manager for BR - Stores Pricing team
Key job responsibilities
- Support deployment of Amazon pricing strategy in Brazil
- Serve as central pricing point of contact for multiple stakeholders, understanding pricing metrics and systems in depth
- Innovate with customer-centricity, proposing and leading structural and incremental improvements to the pricing program
- Analyze root causes of pricing metric changes and propose actions
- Build new ways of looking at pricing data to extract insights
- Inspect pricing mechanisms and propose actions
A day in the life
- Daily: support stakeholders on pricing program questions and needs
- Weekly: analyze metrics, meet with stakeholders, understand root causes of changes and define short, medium and long term action items
- Monthly: conduct pricing training sessions and broader communication sessions
- Quarterly: innovate to come up with ideas on how to improve the pricing program, lead projects on such innovations- Program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of SQL- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
