As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, utilizing your sales skills to build relationships and close deals. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Your success will be recognized through various incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, and you will have a clear career path with high potential for promotions.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring that you are supported in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions through your sales performance, with on-target earnings in your first year estimated between $90,000 and $110,000.
