What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping Crusoe's global physical security strategy, ensuring that it meets the needs of our expanding data center footprint. You will oversee the development and implementation of security standards and protocols, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will manage the guard force and access operations, ensuring that all personnel and assets are protected effectively. Your leadership will drive audit readiness initiatives, preparing the organization for internal and external assessments. You will also lead emergency response programs, ensuring that the organization is prepared to handle any incidents that may arise. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will collaborate with other leaders to align security initiatives with business objectives, contributing to the overall success and growth of Crusoe.
