Crusoe is seeking a Director of Physical Security & Compliance to establish and govern security programs across their global data center portfolio. This role requires leadership in security strategy and compliance frameworks, with a focus on high-performance computing environments.
You have extensive experience in physical security and compliance, ideally with a background in managing security programs for large-scale data centers. You understand the complexities of ensuring safety and compliance in high-performance computing environments and have a proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies that align with organizational goals. Your leadership style fosters collaboration across various teams, including construction, facility operations, and legal, ensuring that security measures are integrated into all aspects of operations. You are adept at navigating regulatory requirements and have experience in audit readiness and emergency response planning. You are committed to building a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization, empowering your team to take ownership of their roles in maintaining a secure environment.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI or cloud infrastructure, is a plus. Familiarity with security technology architecture and the ability to leverage innovative solutions to enhance security measures will set you apart.
