Appian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on University Hiring to manage the full-lifecycle recruiting process for university candidates. This role requires strong relationship-building skills with university departments and a passion for recruiting students.
You have a passion for recruiting students and a history of successfully managing recruitment processes. Your experience includes cultivating relationships with university departments, career centers, and student groups, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for the organization. Experience in event management is a plus, as you will be involved in organizing recruitment events and activities that promote Appian's university hiring initiatives. Familiarity with the latest trends in university recruiting and a network of contacts within academic institutions will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Appian, you will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for university candidates, from sourcing to onboarding. You will develop and maintain close relationships with university departments, career centers, and student groups to ensure a robust pipeline of talent. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies that align with Appian's goals.
You will also be responsible for organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs and information sessions, to promote Appian's brand and attract top university talent. Your ability to engage with students and faculty will be key in building a positive reputation for Appian within the academic community.
In addition, you will track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruiting process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the recruiting function at Appian.
