You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate with various support teams, including Safety, Ops Integration, and Loss Prevention. Your analytical problem-solving skills enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. You are dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring that your team has the tools they need to succeed.

Desirable

Experience in a logistics or fulfillment environment is a plus, as is familiarity with operational workflows. You may have a background in project management or have led large-scope projects that had a significant impact on site and regional operations.

What you'll do

As the Site Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the operations of Amazon's Worldwide Operations network. You will lead and develop a team of both salaried and hourly employees, ensuring they are motivated and engaged during their shifts. Your responsibilities will include managing safety, quality, and productivity metrics, as well as ensuring that customer delivery promises are met. You will create and implement productivity plans based on forecast reviews and collaborate with other leaders to balance workloads effectively.

You will support your team by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving improvements and maintaining high levels of performance across the site. You will also be responsible for leading large-scope projects that impact both the site and the wider region, ensuring that all workflows are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
