Senior Solutions Engineer

Who you are

You have a strong background in solutions engineering, with a focus on DevSecOps practices and modern cloud architecture. Your experience includes engaging with enterprise customers to ensure their success in building robust software supply chains. You possess a deep understanding of CI/CD integrations and are familiar with various GIT tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket. Your knowledge of security tools, including SCA, SAST, and container security, positions you as a trusted advisor to clients. Experience in MLOps is a plus, as it complements your technical skill set and enhances your ability to support customers in their software delivery processes.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales, customer success, and product engineering teams. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is one of your key strengths. You are passionate about helping customers understand the value of JFrog solutions from both a technical and business perspective. You are eager to be part of a team that is reinventing DevOps and making a significant impact in the software industry.

Desirable

While not mandatory, experience in software development will give you an edge in understanding customer needs and challenges. Familiarity with MLOps practices will also be beneficial as you engage with clients looking to innovate in this area.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at JFrog, you will be at the forefront of engaging with enterprise customers, guiding them through the process of building secure and efficient software supply chains. You will lead proof of concepts (POCs) and own the technical win, ensuring that customers see the value of the JFrog Platform. Your role will involve presenting and demoing the platform's capabilities, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

You will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies that resonate with potential customers. Your insights will help shape the customer journey, from initial engagement through to successful implementation. You will also work with customer success teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success with JFrog solutions, acting as a technical resource and advocate for your clients.

In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, you will contribute to internal discussions with product and engineering teams, providing feedback and insights based on your interactions with customers. Your expertise will help drive product improvements and innovations that align with market needs.
