Zeeco is hiring a Project Engineer to oversee order execution phases and ensure quality product delivery. You'll manage equipment selection, system design, and coordinate resources to meet customer requirements. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
You have a solid background in project management, ideally with experience in engineering or manufacturing environments. You understand the complexities of managing multiple vendors and ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to interface effectively with customers and internal teams alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage various aspects of project execution seamlessly.
Experience in OEM sales or fabrication would be a plus, as would familiarity with standard equipment selection and system design. A background in engineering or a related field is preferred, but equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. Proficiency in standard personal computer skills and professional correspondence is essential.
As a Project Engineer at Zeeco, you will take ownership of the order execution phases, ensuring that quality products are delivered on time and within scope and budget parameters. You will assist with standard equipment selection and system design, coordinating both internal and outsourced resources to meet customer requirements. Your role will involve managing the scope, schedule, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle. You will interact closely with upstream sales engineering during quoting and order award phases, ensuring a smooth transition into project execution. You will also manage multiple vendors for equipment supply and outsourced fabrication, ensuring that project milestones are met and progress is tracked effectively. Once projects are complete, you will coordinate with customers on delivery and commissioning support as required.
