Grammarly is seeking a Head of Enterprise Design to lead the design strategy for their suite of AI productivity tools. You'll define how enterprises manage and scale products like Grammarly and Coda. This role requires a systems thinker with a strong design background.

You have a proven track record in leading design teams and developing innovative design strategies that enhance user experience across enterprise applications. With a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating user-centric solutions, you excel at translating complex requirements into intuitive designs. Your experience in managing cross-functional teams allows you to foster collaboration and drive projects to successful completion. You are a systems thinker who can see the big picture while paying attention to the details that matter. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing focus time with in-person collaboration to build trust and innovation within your team.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or productivity software space is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise-level design challenges. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform design decisions and improve user engagement. A background in product management or a related field can enhance your ability to align design goals with business objectives.

What you'll do

As the Head of Enterprise Design, you will define the design vision for Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms. You will lead a team of designers, guiding them in creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of enterprise customers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design is integrated into the product development process from the outset. You will be responsible for establishing design standards and best practices that promote consistency and quality across all products.
