What you'll do

In this role at Figma, you will own the full-cycle recruiting for science and data engineering roles, managing everything from sourcing strategy to closing for both individual contributor and manager roles. You will partner directly with leaders to understand their hiring needs and build effective search strategies that align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling, personalized outreach to engage passive candidates across data and research communities, particularly at senior and staff levels. You will also build and maintain healthy, forward-looking pipelines for high-priority and evergreen roles, ensuring that you provide an exceptional, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be expected to keep up with industry trends and best practices in recruiting, particularly in the data science field, to continuously improve your strategies and processes.
