You have 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, with a strong background in designing and automating systems that support internal operations. You understand the importance of a seamless employee experience and are skilled in managing SaaS ecosystems and identity platforms. Your expertise in security practices ensures that systems remain secure and efficient, allowing teams to focus on their core responsibilities.
You are proficient in using tools like AWS and Docker, which are essential for building and maintaining scalable systems. Your experience with Linux environments allows you to troubleshoot and optimize system performance effectively. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and can adapt to the unique challenges that come with it.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can think critically about system architecture and design. You are a strong communicator, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business goals. Experience with endpoint management tools and identity platforms is a plus.
