Coupang is seeking a Manager of Catalog Operation Management to oversee end-to-end catalog operations in Taiwan. You'll optimize processes, ensure data quality, and lead a high-performing team. This role requires 5+ years of experience in operations management.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment. You possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of managing projects that drive results. You understand the importance of data quality and are adept at troubleshooting operational issues as they arise.
Experience in catalog management or product operations is a plus. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics operations will set you apart. You are data-driven and have experience using analytics tools to inform decision-making. A background in team recruitment and development is also beneficial, as you will be responsible for building a high-performing team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end catalog operations, ensuring that processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define opportunities for improvement and execute plans that enhance catalog update schemes. Your focus will be on maintaining high catalog quality and resolving any issues that may arise. You will lead a team, providing coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their KPIs. Additionally, you will work closely with the Headcount allocation, Catalog Operations, and Tools and Systems teams to streamline workflows and improve operational bottlenecks.
You will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting catalog issues, diving deep into data to find solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You will also play a key role in recruiting new team members, ensuring that you build a team that is not only skilled but also aligned with Coupang's mission and values.
