Who you are

You have over 9 years of experience in import operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management. Your critical thinking and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex challenges effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You are fluent in Korean and possess proficiency in either Chinese or English, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and partners.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams and external partners to minimize stock shortages and optimize inventory management. Your attention to detail and sense of responsibility are crucial in handling the intricacies of logistics operations, ensuring that all processes are executed flawlessly.

Desirable

Experience in inventory management and procurement is a plus, as is a degree in business administration or supply chain management. Your background in these areas will enhance your ability to contribute to the team's success and drive operational improvements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the order and receiving processes, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze inventory levels and collaborate with internal and external teams to minimize stock shortages, ensuring that products are available when customers need them. Your role will involve coordinating closely with transportation companies, third-party logistics providers, and fulfillment centers to schedule incoming shipments and manage logistics operations.

You will also review customs import documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy, addressing any issues that may arise during the import process. Additionally, you will manage the return of products to fulfillment centers and handle any damaged items, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
