What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's global infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure seamless data center operations. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers to support all AWS data centers. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, participating in an on-call rotation, and ensuring that all equipment operates at optimal levels. You will be responsible for maintaining safety and security standards while providing reliable service to millions of businesses worldwide.
