As an Associate Site Merchandiser, you will lead the merchandising efforts for our Events pages and central deal properties. You will collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, and cross-functional merchandising teams to ensure that our event pages are visually appealing and effectively communicate our offers. You will gain expertise in various merchandising tools and widgets, such as Welabs, Symphony, Bulls Eye, and Sonar, to enhance the customer shopping experience. Your role will involve executing weblabs to experiment with different customer experiences, consistently identifying areas for improvement. You will also lead the development of campaigns that resonate with our customers during high-velocity events, ensuring timely readiness and alignment with category and program teams.
