You hold at least a two-year degree and possess strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint — you are comfortable using these tools to analyze data and create reports. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to engage effectively with sellers and internal teams. You have a problem-solving mindset and are eager to improve processes based on your findings. Ideally, you have over a year of experience in a similar role within e-commerce or compliance, giving you a solid understanding of the industry.
As a Seller Support Specialist at Coupang, you will be responsible for managing reports of illegal products and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will review seller submissions and communicate effectively to resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience for customers. You will establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Additionally, you will monitor compliance keywords and manage the monitoring system to enhance seller performance. Training new team members on policies and updates will also be part of your responsibilities, as you collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness in operations.
