With at least 5 years of experience in operations engineering, you have a proven track record of identifying gaps and implementing tactical and strategic solutions. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into disparate datasets, extracting actionable insights that drive improvements in Last Mile delivery processes.

You possess expertise in web development and backend systems, enabling you to build decision-driven analytics that systematically track the quality of Last Mile operations. Your experience with QuickBase reporting mechanisms and data-driven solutions positions you as a key player in enhancing the overall business of Last Mile engineering. You are comfortable translating complex business requirements into scalable, automated solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Desirable

Experience with performance engineering and quality assurance is a plus, as you will be focused on measuring and continuously improving the performance of Amazon’s Last Mile delivery station processes. Familiarity with operational metrics such as safety, cost, associate experience, and efficiency will help you excel in this role.
