What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Area Manager and hold responsibilities specific to different Fulfillment Center areas. You will help manage the department by allocating labor and leading meetings to communicate job duties effectively. You will provide vacation coverage for Area Managers and assist in tracking attendance and policy follow-up. Your role will also involve training associates and verifying compliance with standard operating procedures. You will participate in operational excellence initiatives and ensure that workflow and daily production goals are fully understood and met. You will be a key player in ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the Fulfillment Center.
