Who you are

You have a strong background in product ownership, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of leading analysis and improvement initiatives. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success Operations to deliver effective solutions. You possess a deep understanding of sales processes and workflows, enabling you to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies. You are adept at managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment across various departments. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams sets you apart, allowing you to drive impactful changes within the organization. You are also familiar with integrated sales tools like Clari, Outreach, and ChiliPiper, which enhances your capability to optimize sales processes.

Desirable

Experience with CPQ/quoting and commissions is a plus, as it complements your understanding of the broader sales landscape. You are open to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies that can further enhance the sales workflow. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to think critically about sales processes will contribute to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Product Owner at Contentsquare, you will lead the internal Salesforce team in analyzing and improving sales processes. Your primary focus will be on top-of-funnel processes, lead conversion, and Order Management. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success Operations to ensure that sales workflows are scalable and efficient. You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions you deliver meet their needs effectively. You will also play a key role in governance, ensuring that sales processes are compliant and aligned with organizational goals. Your expertise in Salesforce will be crucial as you guide the team in implementing best practices and optimizing existing workflows. You will facilitate discussions and workshops to gather insights and feedback from users, translating these into actionable improvements. Your role will also involve monitoring the performance of sales processes and making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
