Contentsquare is seeking a Product Owner to lead the analysis and improvement of sales processes within their Salesforce ecosystem. You'll collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable sales workflows. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise and experience with integrated sales tools.
You have a strong background in product ownership, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of leading analysis and improvement initiatives. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success Operations to deliver effective solutions. You possess a deep understanding of sales processes and workflows, enabling you to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies. You are adept at managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment across various departments. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams sets you apart, allowing you to drive impactful changes within the organization. You are also familiar with integrated sales tools like Clari, Outreach, and ChiliPiper, which enhances your capability to optimize sales processes.
Experience with CPQ/quoting and commissions is a plus, as it complements your understanding of the broader sales landscape. You are open to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies that can further enhance the sales workflow. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to think critically about sales processes will contribute to your success in this role.

Your role will also involve monitoring the performance of sales processes and making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
