TrueCar is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by closing accounts and managing dealer relationships in the Northeastern U.S. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.

You have a proven track record in business development, ideally within the automotive or technology sectors, and possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. You understand the importance of transparency and fairness in business dealings, and you are committed to fostering a positive experience for all stakeholders involved. You are results-driven and have a knack for identifying opportunities that align with strategic goals, ensuring that both your clients and your organization benefit from your efforts.

You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can effectively manage your time and priorities to achieve your targets. You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the needs of your clients are met and that you are providing them with the best possible solutions. You are adaptable and can pivot your strategies based on market trends and consumer behavior, always keeping the end goal in mind.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a related field would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital marketplaces and consumer behavior in the car-buying process. What you'll do
