Overview

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. Your ability to influence key decision-makers and navigate complex processes is a key strength, allowing you to effectively position solutions that align with customer goals.

You are adept at developing and executing customer success strategies that align with company objectives. Your analytical mindset helps you assess customer health and identify opportunities for improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively. You are comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels and can translate technical concepts into business value. You are passionate about fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth through customer success.

Desirable

Experience in the public sector or with ERP solutions is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in customer success can set you apart. You are proactive in seeking out new ways to enhance customer experiences and are always looking for opportunities to innovate.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at OpenGov, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique goals and challenges, driving product adoption and maximizing value from our platform. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive customer success strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.

You will leverage your expertise to influence key decision-makers within customer organizations, guiding them through complex process changes and helping them adopt best practices. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their health and satisfaction, identifying any potential issues before they escalate. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and enhancements.

In addition, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training sessions and resources to help customers fully utilize our solutions. You will track customer engagement metrics and report on success stories, showcasing the impact of our solutions on their operations. Your ultimate goal is to foster long-term relationships that drive business growth and customer loyalty.
