You understand user personas and are committed to delivering a slick user experience. You take end-to-end ownership of components, ensuring quality from design through to deployment and enhancements. You write high-quality code and take responsibility for your tasks, solving performance bottlenecks as they arise. Mentoring junior engineers is something you enjoy, and you thrive in collaborative environments, communicating effectively with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams. What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at Tekion, you will design and build solutions that positively disrupt the automotive industry. You will be responsible for understanding complex business workflows and translating them into effective technical solutions. Your role will involve taking ownership of subsystems, ensuring they are well-designed, tested, and integrated into the overall platform. You will write high-quality code and actively participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed. You will also be tasked with identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the platform. Mentoring junior engineers will be a key part of your role, helping to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure that the solutions you develop meet user needs and business objectives.
