What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining APIs that facilitate efficient payment processing for millions of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Stripe's capabilities, ensuring that businesses can accept payments seamlessly. Your work will involve optimizing existing systems and building new features that improve user satisfaction and drive merchant conversion rates. You will also engage with the Risk Engineering team to develop products that minimize financial and regulatory risks while maintaining a smooth user experience. As part of the Payments organization, you will contribute to creating best-in-class checkout experiences that delight customers.

You will participate in team matching during the final stages of the hiring process, ensuring that your skills align with one of the subteams within Payments and Risk.
