Overview

Zocdoc is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the Provider Adoption team in reinventing healthcare data movement. You'll focus on building a secure and accessible platform for users. This role requires significant experience in product management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. You understand the complexities of healthcare systems and are passionate about improving patient experiences through innovative solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can bridge the gap between user needs and technical feasibility. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, designers, and other product managers to drive projects forward. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and validate your strategies. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-evolving industry, always keeping the end-user in mind.

Desirable

Experience in healthcare technology or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You may have a background in user research or A/B testing, which will help you refine product features based on user feedback. A strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations in healthcare will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do
