Overview

Datadog is seeking a Field Marketing Associate Manager to execute impactful marketing programs across the UK and Ireland. You'll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline generation and enhance brand awareness. This role requires 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the technology sector.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry — you understand the nuances of marketing in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a measurable impact. You thrive on collaboration, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness. Your experience includes executing high-impact marketing programs, both in-person and virtual, and you are comfortable analyzing program results to optimize future campaigns. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and on-brand, and you take ownership of logistics for regional events.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan and execute field marketing programs for the UK and Ireland, including Datadog Live events, third-party sponsorships, customer panels, workshops, and executive experiences. You will track and analyze program results to evaluate pipeline impact and optimize future campaigns. Managing UKI field projects from planning through execution will be a key responsibility, ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery. You will own on-site logistics and execution for smaller, high-touch regional events, collaborating with Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing Ops, and other teams to localize content and maximize event engagement. Supporting the ongoing development of the UKI field marketing strategy will also be part of your role, allowing you to contribute to the overall marketing efforts of Datadog.

What we offer

Datadog values a collaborative office culture that fosters creativity and strong relationships among team members. The company operates as a hybrid workplace, allowing you to create a work-life harmony that best fits your needs. You will have the opportunity to grow in your marketing career while making a significant impact on the company's success in the UK and Ireland markets.
