What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and lead the company’s total rewards strategy, focusing on creating compelling compensation and benefits programs. You will work closely with the People team and business leaders to ensure that the total rewards offerings align with the company’s mission and values. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing equitable pay structures, benefits programs, and recognition initiatives that motivate employees and foster a positive workplace culture. You will also be responsible for communicating the total rewards strategy to employees and ensuring that they understand the value of their compensation and benefits.
